This entire business operates on a schedule, & everything we do is based upon it. When we don’t have any Drop-offs or Pick-ups scheduled, we may choose to be closed to the public in order to run business errands or set aside for family.
* In order to make a lodging reservation, you will need to provide
dates & times for both Pick-up & Drop-off appointments.
* The dates & times you schedule for your lodging reservation,
must be honored. When clients veer from their scheduled
appointment times, the entire schedule gets thrown off.
* If you decide to cancel a lodging reservation, you must call
4 days in advance otherwise you will be responsible for the
full amount of your pet’s scheduled stay. During peak times,
we have a waiting list, and we would like to accommodate as many
families as possible without compromising the quality of our care.
